Why it’s worth going
Interview performance often determines whether you land competitive co-op placements, Big Four positions, or government finance roles. Practicing in a peer group setting helps you identify verbal tics, refine your storytelling, and get comfortable with the pressure of answering on the spot. The simulations give you a safe space to make mistakes and improve before high-stakes real interviews.
Going in prepared
Think through your key experiences and accomplishments so you have concrete examples ready for behavioral questions. Bring any interview invitations or job descriptions you’ve received so you can tailor your practice to real opportunities. Dress as you would for an actual interview if possible, as this helps you get comfortable in professional attire and makes the simulation more realistic.
