Why it’s worth going
This event is tailored specifically for CFA candidates, making it particularly relevant for finance students who are pursuing or considering the CFA designation. It offers a focused networking environment where students can meet peers at similar career stages, learn from those further along in the CFA program, and build relationships within Toronto’s investment community. The event supports both exam preparation community-building and professional network development.
Going in prepared
Come prepared to discuss your progress in the CFA program and your career goals in finance. Research common CFA exam study strategies and current investment topics so you can engage in substantive conversations with other candidates. Bring business cards or be ready to exchange contact information with fellow candidates and professionals. Consider preparing questions about how others have balanced CFA studies with work or school commitments.
