It is the same venue and the same two-hour format the organiser uses for its tech and finance evening the following week, but the crowd skews earlier-career, which makes it a softer landing if you have never worked a room before.

Why an early-career room helps
Rooms full of senior people are useful, but they are also intimidating, and the conversations tend to be short. That is often more actionable than a business card from a managing director.
